Job Description

Manager, Incident Response

Lumin Digital

• Lead the organization’s response to cybersecurity threats impacting corporate systems and hosted digital banking platforms • Direct all phases of the incident response lifecycle • Ensure timely detection, effective containment, and measurable remediation outcomes • Collaborate with SOC analysts, engineering teams, business leaders, and client stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience with detective security controls
  • Minimum 3 years leading incident response efforts within a SOC or equivalent function
  • Minimum 2 years in a formal management role within security operations
  • Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, Git, and scripting languages
  • Experience in financial services or fintech environments preferred.
  • Certifications relevant to security operations such as GCIH, CISSP, GCIA, GCMA, or CISM preferred
