Senior Manager – E-Commerce Sales, Marketing

• Own hands-on execution, analysis, and optimization of e-commerce sales and marketing activities • Ensure an exceptional customer experience on company websites • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across email, social, and on-site platforms • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance • Translate findings into actionable recommendations • Support decisions related to product mix, promotions, and marketing efforts • Execute work that improves sales and profitability • Support integrated marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs • Conduct market research and coordinate required creative assets • Manage project timelines and partner with stakeholders to complete e-commerce initiatives • Manage assigned e-commerce initiatives from planning through launch • Establish clear project scopes and develop detailed work breakdown structures • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete project objectives • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and goal-setting to team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Required: Google Suite, including advanced Google Sheets proficiency
- Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform)
- Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms
- Paid digital advertising platforms
- Social media management tools
- Ability to travel (est. 1-2 times per year)
