Draft technical designs, engineering plans, and testing plans to support integration projects. Develop and automate application end-to-end or unit testing to ensure stability. • Design and maintain a high-scale email architecture including domain warmup, rotation strategies, and DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). • Build complex, multi-step automated workflows using n8n and native integrations to connect our CRM, enrichment providers, and internal tools. • Create and manage data transformation pipelines using APIs and webhooks, ensuring clean JSON mapping and reliable data flow into HubSpot. • Proactively monitor bounce rates, spam placement, and sender reputation to ensure maximum reach for our outbound sequences. • Document all workflows and system designs, creating a source of truth that allows the team to operate and troubleshoot independently.
