This role is a remote position supporting the ISS2 contract. Must be able to support Alaska time zone work hours and attend meetings or calls throughout the Alaska time zone workday. - The Associate Program Control Analyst (PCA) will be responsible for providing support through financial analysis to internal and external stakeholders supporting the government customer’s mission. - Execution of daily financial responsibilities including special projects by providing financial & administrative support including project setup, vendor & AR/AP management, invoice payment, cost allocation, ledger reconciliation, and ad hoc financial analysis for internal & external customers. - Analyze program related financial data and metrics to aid in the development of program budgets and forecasting. - Manage tracking documents related to budgets and subcontract management. - Serve as a business partner and adviser to senior leadership and the program manager on all program financial matters. - Communicate effectively across several time zones and remote locations via meetings, messaging, and email with the program management team and site leads. - Support the billeting (hoteling) process at remote sites which includes tracking of guest’s designation in coordination with site billeting teams to complete contract deliverables. - Communicate with external customers regarding billeting payments in an accounts receivable role to collect payment on behalf of ASRCC for billeting. - Support the remote island stores by providing budgets for ordering by site, store item pricing, and store payment reconciliation via the ASRCC Square account. - Reconcile and monitor the ISS2 cash account for accurate cash flows from the billeting and site stores for quarterly meetings with the accounting team for revenue recognition purposes. - Display budgetary information and analysis in a clear and presentable manner to the program management team. - Support the ISS2 Business Manager and ISS2 Operations Team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or another business-related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in analyzing financial data as well as financial reporting and forecasting. - Advanced Excel skill set, proficient MS Office skill set. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage priorities and workload. - Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a government background investigation. - Possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and the desire to be part of a team that can assist others when needed. - Ability to work independently and consistently interact with several functional areas to complete tasks and projects, with some direct managerial oversight.
