What You'll Do As a member of the North America (NAMR) People Analytics (NPA) team, you'll be at the heart of NAMR's People Team efforts, acting as an analyst and enabler for our clients (Senior Leadership and teams under the NAMR CHRO). You will support the delivery of transformational analytics solutions and high-quality quantitative reporting, utilizing tools like Python, SQL, and GenAI to help transform and automate People Team reporting and processes. Your work will directly contribute to BCG's high-visibility People initiatives, advancing key business priorities for NAMR. In this role you will execute across a variety of workstreams, with the ability to manage competing priorities under the guidance of senior team members. Successful candidates will be intellectually curious, detail-oriented contributors who bring analytical rigor and a passion for using data to drive decisions. You will jump in across a wide variety of projects, often as the "doer" who brings analysis to life, pilots a concept, or supports a larger product effort. Compensation Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role begins at $97,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $133,000 in our highest cost geography. This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
