• Manage the shared inbox and ServiceNow tickets on a rotating basis within established SLAs; provide high-quality operational support to People Team COE stakeholders, cross-departmental colleagues, and external vendors • Respond to general inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications, and systems • Partner with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, IT, and other collaborators to identify opportunities to streamline Global HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience • Communicate with business partners and managers when errors are discovered to drive ongoing process refinement and team training opportunities • Support all phases of the employee lifecycle, focusing on business system processes related to onboarding, data changes, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding • Assist with employee pre-hire processes—including contracts of employment, background checks, new hire paperwork, and work authorization documentation—in English, Portuguese, and Spanish • Create and maintain physical onsite and electronic employee files • Audit and maintain the job info section, job descriptions, and offer details across the full lifecycle of the requisition to ensure regulatory compliance, required approvals, and data accuracy • Research and resolve discrepancies between the ATS (iCIMS) and HRIS (Workday), including position restrictions and headcount status changes • Maintain and assist with the timely tracking of various recruiting processes • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert to support the TA organization with iCIMS ATS, addressing bug fixes and functionality enhancements in conjunction with DTS • Provide operational process, application, and administrative support as it relates to the operations of the Recruiting team • Complete ad hoc operational work, including system configuration testing, documentation, and ad hoc reporting requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in the HR related field
  • 3+ years of HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization
  • Experience with Brazil and Mexico employment requirements, policy, and procedures
  • Experience with Workday or other HCM Systems
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
  • Strong Experience in G-Suite (including Google Slides, Google Sheets, Excel, Word etc)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and handle issues with a high sense of urgency and employee service focus
  • Excellent attention to details and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required

Role Description We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, and proactive People Operations generalist to strengthen the operational foundation of our global People & Culture Team. This role is primarily focused on the coordination, administration, and execution of core People & Culture processes. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our people systems, workflows, documentation, and staff lifecycle processes run smoothly, consistently, and efficiently.
