• Lead annual and quarterly financial reconciliations across PBM cost components (claims, rebates, and contractual guarantees), ensuring accuracy and alignment between internal reporting and client-facing results. • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast pharmacy cost trends, monitor performance against guarantees, and identify actionable COGS optimization opportunities. • Analyze key pharmacy cost drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce overall spend. • Investigate and resolve complex financial and contract-related inquiries by performing root-cause analysis and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical, Contracting, Pricing Operations, and Client Success teams. • Support margin optimization and cost containment initiatives by evaluating program levers such as formulary strategy, utilization management, network performance, and rebate positioning. • Improve reporting infrastructure and reconciliation processes by building scalable templates, strengthening data controls, and enhancing operational efficiency. • Stay current on PBM industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging cost drivers to inform analysis and recommendations. • Other duties as assigned.

• Partner with Pharmacy Network leadership to develop and maintain analytical models that inform network strategy, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations • Manage regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all pharmacy network submissions • Analyze and quantify contractual financial performance with pharmacy partners, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization • Oversee MAC pricing impacts and NADAC management, monitoring pricing changes and assessing their influence on network economics and guarantees • Conduct pricing modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial implications of network changes, contract modifications, and market dynamics • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding pharmacy network performance, pricing structures, and contractual terms with clear, data-driven insights • Build scalable analytical frameworks and reporting tools that enable the Pharmacy Network team to make informed, strategic decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Client COGS, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pharmacy economics and client financial performance • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pharmacy network analytics and reporting

• Experience with PLM tools (Arena preferred), Change Control and Configuration Management including workflows, numbering, revision control and BOM configurations. • Create, manage, and release parts and specifications, engineering bills of materials, manufacturing bills of materials, and service bills of materials for a variety of products throughout their lifecycles • Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) and Deviations in Arena PLM tool based on inputs from cross-functional teams • Support development of internal processes within the PLM tool to streamline communication between cross-functional stakeholders from engineering to supply chain, quality, purchasing, operations, and service • Document best practices and PLM policies and train users on the same. • Increase overall efficiency by suggesting improvements to the process

• Partners with Senior Manager-HR Technology and Enablement to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, process improvement, and user experience. • Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. • Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Uses these data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications. • Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership before implementation. • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HR information system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes. Maintains HR information system tables and documents process and results. • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HR information system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains end users on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users. • Maintains awareness of current trends in HR technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and applies key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Continuously increases both HR knowledge and HR technology application/tools knowledge. • Monitors HRIS integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and works with team members cross-functionally to improve them. • Manages audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HRIS. • Participates in user group meetings/conferences. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
