Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a Lead Data Engineer with the following skill set. - Own and evolve end-to-end data pipelines that power Marketing, Product, and Growth analytics. - Responsible for integrating multiple systems, modeling data, and enabling actionable insights for business stakeholders. - Work with GA4 raw event data at scale (hundreds of millions of rows), build identity resolution pipelines that stitch anonymous visitors to known customers, and ensure clean, reliable data flows from ingestion through activation. - Operating across the full data lifecycle — from ingestion to visualization — while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams. Qualifications - Proven experience building and managing end-to-end data pipelines. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Google Cloud (BigQuery) as a primary warehouse - dbt for data transformation and modeling - SQL - Fivetran (or similar ingestion/connector tools) - Experience processing GA4 raw event data at scale. - Experience with identity resolution across multiple platforms (stitching anonymous → known users). - Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and ELT patterns. - Experience integrating data across multiple business systems (product telemetry, marketing, CRM, e-commerce). Requirements - Experience with Segment (or similar CDP). - Experience with AWS Redshift (we maintain a read-only mirror). - Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms. - Familiarity with Shopify data models (orders, customers, subscriptions). - Exposure to growth analytics, experimentation, and user lifecycle tracking. - Experience with BigQuery scheduled queries, Data Transfer Service, or workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster). - Familiarity with streaming/event-based and webhook architectures. - Comfort with AI-assisted development (Claude, Copilot). - Experience in high-growth or product-led organization. Role Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across company systems and spreadsheets. This role requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. - Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. - Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. - Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make corrections as needed. - Organize and maintain physical and digital records in accordance with company procedures. - Generate routine and ad hoc reports from existing data sets for internal use. - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data submissions. - Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. - Assist with data audits and cleanup projects as assigned.
