• Planning, design and development of new electrical systems for aircraft galleys and electronic components for our medical equipment • Preparation of manufacturing and installation documentation for airworthiness-compliant installation in aircraft (circuit diagrams, wiring and material lists, wire routing diagrams, etc.) • Development of modification instructions for existing electrical systems • Support for airworthiness and medical certification of these systems • Creation of test plans for new developments • Preparation of electrical load analyses at system and aircraft level • Support during the qualification process of equipment and preparation of the corresponding verification documentation • Technical supplier support • Technical point of contact for production • Responsibility for detailed planning, schedule and cost control within your project area

Job Requirements

  • Completed technical education and advanced training (HF/FH/TH/TU) in electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Innovative, customer- and team-oriented approach

  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Development experience in aviation is an advantage
  • Experience with electrical CAD software is desirable

Role Description The Technical Specialist – Cost Engineering role focuses on establishing and managing a standardized suite of cost engineering services within project services. This position is part of the TAO (Technical and Administrative Operations) team and will provide remote support from locations such as Chennai, Kuala Lumpur, or Manila.
