Contracts Administrator
KVC Health Systems
Role Description The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing the contract management systems' function, in coordination with the internal legal team, Camber Leadership and KVC Health Systems teams. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role includes: - Reviewing the terms and conditions of requests for proposal. - Conducting contract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and pre-approved standards. - Working on projects to drive improvements to contract compliance processes. - Training business leadership on related legal issues and concerns. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. - Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. - The ability to multitask, outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills. - Prioritize work independently and proactively across multiple responsibilities and meet assigned deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook email. - Proficient skills in contract management systems. - Ability to manage cross-functional projects across all levels of the organization. Requirements - Three or more years’ experience in contract review and management. Major Duties Task Expectations: - Analyze contract requirements, obligations, and risks to summarize and highlight issues for escalation. - Coordinate review of contract documents by all subject matter and legal experts within stated deadlines. - Review the terms and conditions of requests for proposal and conduct the contract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and pre-approved standards. - Identify and drive improvements to contract compliance processes and train business leadership on related legal issues and concerns. - Assist with inquiries, requests for information, certifications, and documents from internal stakeholders and external parties, such as auditors, customers, and vendors. - Monitor contract amendments, extensions, and renewals and inform and involve appropriate parties. - Identify incorrect, inconsistent, and incomplete data entries in the contracts management system continuously and make timely modifications to improve data quality. - Establish and adhere to subsidiary and parent company internal control policies and procedures. - Help create language standards for existing and new contracts. - Special projects as needed. - Provide backup and support to departmental functions. - Other duties as needed may be assigned by direct supervisor.
