• Drive strategic business initiatives by analyzing complex business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate change, optimize processes, and ensure business solutions meet operational and strategic goals • Analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally • Collaborate with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence • Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories for CLS Software Development teams • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes • Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation • Ensure effective coordination and establish feedback loops among teams, stakeholders, and customers • Run refinement sessions with development teams to articulate delivery goals • Present iteration deliverables to stakeholders and receive feedback during reviews or demo sessions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions
- Proficient user of BPM
- Experience in the Betting Industry
- Solid understanding of the overall system architectural design and system dependencies (between different services/modules)
- Ability to differentiate between front-end and back-end functionalities
- Clear understanding of system integration through APIs — be able to draft a sequence diagram that outlines the process end-to-end and perform data mapping.
- Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software applications
- Successful practical experience in establishing and complying to the change management process
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Nice-to-have skills: Experience in web and mobile applications
- A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent.
