• Design and implement custom code solutions leveraging Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges • Partner with Solution Architects to produce detailed, sound solution designs and data models for tailor-made customizations • Execute technical process reviews and provide guidance on technical topics such as data, deployment, single sign-on, and large data volumes • Perform code reviews and uphold Salesforce coding best practices that support application scalability • Coach and mentor junior technical team members • Own the environment and deployment strategy as Release Manager — maintaining source control, committing changes, opening and merging pull requests, and running sandbox seeding to test features • Run final production releases with the ability to roll back or restore when needed, and manage technical collateral for hand-off at the close of each engagement
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong, hands-on experience with Apex, including the ability to review and share feedback on coding best practices that support application scalability
- JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Experience integrating web services (Scribe, SOAP, REST, JSON)
- Experience with a range of design patterns and with test-driven development
- Prior experience executing deployments and using DevOps tools (e.g., Prodly, Copado)
- Prior experience building technical artifacts such as Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences and situations
- Detail- and quality-oriented, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

Role Description As a Senior IoT Platform Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We are looking for a skilled IIoT Platform Engineer to support the evolution of our IT/OT landscape, with a strong focus on implementing a Unified Namespace (UNS) across manufacturing environments. You will play a key role in designing and delivering modern industrial data solutions, enabling real-time connectivity, data orchestration, and scalable integration between shopfloor systems and digital platforms.
