• The Enterprise Delivery Manager serves as a senior delivery and strategy leader responsible for organizing and overseeing enterprise-wide data initiatives. • This role ensures the successful execution of projects spanning data integration, governance, quality, and strategy, aligning them with organizational objectives to enable trusted, actionable insights across the business. • This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery oversight—guiding teams, driving alignment between business and IT, and establishing the processes and frameworks that enable data as a true enterprise asset.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi.
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols across hybrid environments.
  • Expertise in implementing data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) and data lifecycle management processes.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex enterprise data ecosystems, identify opportunities for optimization, and align data capabilities with business strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate data strategies, project progress, and business value to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and alignment across executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
