Role Description Liderar y coordinar al equipo local de Food Safety & Quality de Argentina, asegurando el cumplimiento E2E de las normativas legales locales y las políticas regionales. - Contribuir a la mitigación de riesgos de inocuidad a partir del análisis de información, de la ejecución de auditorías en todas las etapas del proceso (E2E, desde proveedor al cliente) y del seguimiento de los planes de acción asociados. - Impulsar e implementar nuevos procesos que aseguren que la experiencia percibida de los productos supere las expectativas del cliente, garantizando los más altos estándares de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria de punta a punta. - Gestionar los principales KPIs de Food Safety & Quality Local, diseñando y ejecutando acciones de mejora continua ante desvíos operativos. - Monitorear los desvíos en los OKRs del área, identificando oportunidades de mejora y garantizando la ejecución de las iniciativas estratégicas asociadas a estos objetivos. - Liderar la toma de decisiones locales y los comités de crisis ante desvíos críticos de calidad o retiros de producto (recalls), ejecutando planes de acción inmediatos. - Ser el referente y principal punto de contacto de los stakeholders locales y el equipo regional, traduciendo los requisitos técnicos en procesos ágiles para el negocio. Qualifications - Lic en Ciencias de la Alimentación, Tecnología de los Alimentos o similares. - 5 años de experiencia en seguridad alimentaria y gestión de la calidad en los sectores cárnico, frutícola y hortícola. - Experiencia demostrada en liderazgo en la gestión de equipos (1 o 2 años). - Dominio avanzado suite de google y herramientas de análisis de datos. - Dominio de SQL y gestión de consultas en bases de datos (desirable). Qualifications - 3–5+ years of senior-level experience in logistics, global supply chain tracking, or control tower operations. Backgrounds limited strictly to customer service will not be considered. - Open to transferable product movement backgrounds (e.g., freight forwarding, BPO logistics shared services, head-office retail operations, or manufacturing). - Experience managing container loads or product tracking metrics is required. - Exceptional proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, database management, and operational numbers. - A self-starting problem solver who thrives without rigid scripts or continuous hand-holding. - Must possess an articulate, confident communication style and a willingness to raise your hand to recommend operational workflow or cost-saving improvements. Nice to Have - Prior hands-on experience navigating established ERP system environments (such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or modern inventory systems). - Direct experience operating within an e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) corporate logistics structure. What You'll Own - The data accuracy and continuous maintenance of the master supply chain tracking dashboard. - The tracking, measuring, and reporting of supplier and carrier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Proactive bottleneck identification and escalation management across production and shipping timelines.
