• Closing deals: This is your job. • Sell large B2B training packages to companies with 100+ employees. • Negotiate, persuade, and push contracts across the finish line. • Upselling: existing customers already know our offerings. • You identify opportunities for additional training and secure them. • Access to sales tools: we provide proprietary, high-quality sales training with role-plays and smart tracking tools. • After a deal is closed, our Client Enablement Manager takes over the account. You move on to the next deals.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Proven closing experience
  • Excellent communication skills — able to negotiate, persuade, and set boundaries
