Role Description This Principal Consultant will provide an integral consultative component to our customers’ ongoing efforts to expedite the ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream XF. Consultants are responsible for providing solutions by working with customers to develop applications primarily for financial reporting. A Consultant has hands-on knowledge of OneStream and a track record of successful implementations as well as core product training. A Consultant completes the implementation work in a timely manner and can assist in validating the requirements and design of the application. A Consultant performs the routine and non-routine activities in each area of responsibility independently, with minimal coaching and supervision. OneStream Consultants typically work together with customer resources and frequently with a team of other consultants to implement complex web-based Business Performance Management solutions. Teamwork is an important function of this role. The ideal candidate possesses experience working in finance organizations, with sound understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Work with clients on scoping specific projects, and then work with the client to produce measurable results. - Independently own entire build process. - Become intimately familiar with OneStream’s engagement methodology and service offerings, as well as the partner solution offerings within their respective practice. - Assist in pre-sales efforts to explain our services offerings to prospective customers. - Demonstrate the core/advanced functionality of single solution on the platform through Proof of Concept. - Engage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer). - Delegate tasks to and mentor junior members of the team. - Independently complete implementation work and project documentation. - Review and finalize documentation and application elements prepared by junior team members. - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of application issues. - Lead a full multi-solution design session; prepare complete design document. - Assist in identifying roles and responsibilities for projects. - Provide feedback on team performance. - Responsible for managing small projects in accordance with the PRIME methodology. - Create and maintain project financials, project plan, and status reporting. - Mentor less experienced consultants. - Contribute to OneCommunity. - Identify and recreate issues for tracking and resolution with product development. - Conduct customer training. - Lead customer meetings, manage customer relationships. - Submit timesheet & expense reports timely. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience. - 12+ years of relevant work experience. - Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experience. - High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills. - Deep understanding of financial accounting processes. - Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research). - Superior presentation skills. - Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation. - Prior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.). • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diagnosing business challenges and designing solutions that drive measurable ROI through integration and data strategy. • Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements, data sources, migration scope, volume expectations, and associated risks. • Translate customer needs into structured solution designs, including integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documentation, field transformation specifications, and migration runbooks. • Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS platforms, connecting Wrike seamlessly into broader customer technology ecosystems. • Build and configure automated workflows, triggers, and data synchronization patterns with robust handling for retries, errors, deduplication, and rate limits. • Design and implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP protocols, OAuth2 authentication, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and functional specifications. • Lead enterprise-scale data migration projects from source analysis through cutover, including ETL design, field mapping, transformation logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. • Develop and execute migration test plans to ensure data integrity, record accuracy, and zero-loss delivery. • Build and maintain cutover and rollback plans, proactively managing migration risks across large datasets. • Work with structured data formats such as SQL, CSV, and JSON, applying scripting for transformation and automation tasks. • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create user guides, admin runbooks, and training materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactively troubleshoot, test, and optimize integration and migration solutions after deployment to ensure ongoing reliability and performance. • Establish monitoring and alerting patterns for live integrations to identify issues before they affect customers. • Build deep expertise across Wrike’s product suite, integration capabilities, and the broader enterprise application ecosystem. • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and process improvements that elevate the quality and consistency of customer delivery. • Serve as a technical resource for internal teams on integration strategies, migration approaches, and platform capabilities.

Role Description Our growing NetSuite practice is seeking for a Consultant to help with implementation efforts and existing client support projects. Our NetSuite team provides functional and technical consulting services to clients to support full implementations, projects, and ongoing support. - Work with clients to implement NetSuite and its features. - Work with Net at Work team members including other consultants and project managers to execute project plans. - Lead business discovery sessions and translate requirements into configuration plans. - Configure NetSuite and lead clients through testing and go-live stages. - Provide client training sessions to teach clients how to use NetSuite. - Convert master and transaction data from current system(s) into NetSuite. - Provide product support by researching and identifying solutions.
