• Own key parts of our reporting product surface area and reporting workflows end-to-end • Help teams transform complex fund data into investor-grade outputs (quarterly/annual reporting, capital account statements, disclosures) • Drive product decisions that balance accuracy, compliance, and usability • Partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver a system customers can rely on • Drive roadmap and execution for reporting workflows and customer-facing reporting experiences • Translate domain requirements into clear product specs (inputs → transformations → outputs) with strong edge-case handling • Partner with engineering to define the right primitives for scalable report generation (templates, data contracts, versioning) • Collaborate with design to make complex reporting setup and review flows intuitive and fast • Work with operations and customer-facing teams to identify friction, ensure correctness, and improve time-to-report • Define and track success metrics across adoption, report quality, operational efficiency, and reliability • Maintain a high bar for data integrity, traceability, and customer trust
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product management experience building B2B Fintech products (ideally data-heavy or workflow-heavy)
- Strong product execution skills: shipping, iteration loops, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfort working in domains with high correctness requirements (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance, data platforms, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple product surfaces and crisp product logic
- Analytical mindset: you can define metrics, investigate root causes, and make data-informed tradeoffs
- Excellent communication: you can write clear specs and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners
- Experience working closely with engineering on systems that require reliability, monitoring, and edge-case rigor
- Nice to have: experience with fund reporting concepts and performance metrics (NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI), or exposure to investor reporting workflows.
