Role Description As a Reverse Supply Operations (RMA) Analyst with EOS IT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the reverse supply chain processes related to IT infrastructure. This position involves analysing, managing, and improving operations related to returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products in the reverse supply chain.
