Role Description Rockstar is hiring an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of recruiting campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time role and a great opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow in operations, recruiting, HR, or startup environments. You’ll play a key role in keeping recruiting workflows running smoothly by managing operational processes, coordinating candidate communications, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal teams. This is an operations-first role focused on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do - Manage operational workflows across multiple recruiting campaigns and client accounts - Coordinate candidate communications, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations - Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely, professional responses - Maintain accurate candidate records and operational data - Support recruiters and internal stakeholders with day-to-day operational tasks - Identify process inefficiencies, flag issues proactively, and suggest improvements - Follow and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems - Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed Qualifications - 0–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or similar fields - Evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., strong academic record, experience at high-growth startups, founding or startup experience, or other high-signal achievements) - Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy - Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems - Coachable, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes - Excellent written English and professional communication skills - Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
