Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Backend Developer or in a related role. - Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, Golang or similar. - Hands-on experience designing, building and working with RESTful APIs. - Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL alternatives. - Knowledge of cloud/server infrastructure such as AWS or Hetzner. - Understanding of real-time data processing, caching strategies and background jobs/queues. - Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend architectures. - Good understanding of security, performance optimization and reliable data handling. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Very good command of English; any additional language is a plus. - Ideally Naples based.
