Press Release Operations Specialist
Muck Rack
• Support customers through the press release distribution process from submission to delivery • Troubleshoot formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distribution issues • Assist customers with newsroom management and publishing functionality • Monitor release status and provide updates or confirmations as needed • Escalate technical issues to Product and Engineering teams when appropriate • Communicate clearly and professionally during urgent or time-sensitive situations • Maintain and improve internal documentation, workflows, and operational processes • Partner closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues

The candidate must have demonstrated experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
