We're looking for a driven, high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering hiring across the US business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive a high-quality, consistent hiring experience across World Services US. This role will be based in New York or Washington, DC, and requires a willingness to travel between the two offices as needed. ABOUT THE ROLE: Own End-to-End Recruitment - Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas and disciplines - Drive pace, structure and accountability across all hiring activity - Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers - Deliver consistently strong outcomes across both mid-level and senior hires Partner and Influence Senior Stakeholders - Build trust relationships and work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape strong role briefs - Provide market insight and guidance to support better hiring decisions - Bring clarity to hiring priorities and challenge where needed to improve outcomes - Elevate hiring practices through coaching, guidance, and clear expectations Drive Delivery and Pipeline - Build and manage active pipelines of talent across key skill areas - Source directly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools - Balance proactive sourcing with active role delivery to maintain momentum Use Data to Improve Hiring - Track key metrics including pipeline health, time to fill and conversion rates - Use data and market insight to guide decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and improve delivery - Support reporting and bring visibility to hiring progress where needed Support Strong Hiring Practices - Contribute to consistent, efficient hiring processes across teams - Help maintain and improve how we use tools like TeamTailor - Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, communication and workflow Contribute to Employer Brand - Support employer branding and candidate engagement activity - Help position M+C Saatchi as a compelling place to work across key talent markets ABOUT YOU You're a hands-on recruiter who combines strong delivery, pace, and building relationships. You're comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing complexity, and bringing structure where it's needed. Role Description We are looking for an analytical, communicative and strong-negotiating team member to join our sales team as a Sales Account Manager.
