Role Description Als SEO Content Manager bist du dafür verantwortlich, herausragende, hochwertige deutschsprachige Inhalte in großem Umfang für den deutschen Markt zu produzieren. Dein Fokus liegt klar auf der Umsetzung: Du erstellst, überarbeitest und koordinierst Content, der hohen redaktionellen Standards entspricht und in der organischen Suche stark performt. Du arbeitest eng mit SEO Managern und dem Product Team zusammen und übersetzt SEO-Vorgaben in exzellenten Content-Output. In einer flachen, kollaborativen Struktur wirst du ermutigt, Ideen zu hinterfragen, Fragen zu stellen und eigene Impulse einzubringen. Das wirst Du tun - Umsetzung von SEO-Content-Initiativen für den deutschen Markt über mehrere Verticals hinweg, darunter iGaming, Online-Casino und Sportwetten - Verantwortung für den gesamten Content-Produktionsprozess: Briefing, Review, Redaktion, Editing und Veröffentlichung von hochwertigem SEO-Content - Aufbau und Management eines Netzwerks deutschsprachiger Freelance-Autor:innen zur Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Content-Flows - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SEO Managern zur Umsetzung von SEO-Empfehlungen und zur Sicherstellung von Performance- und Qualitätsstandards - Review, Lektorat und Korrekturlesen von Inhalten mit starkem Fokus auf Klarheit, Struktur, Tonalität und Mehrwert für Nutzer:innen - Klares, konstruktives Feedback für Freelancer, um die Content-Qualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern - Koordination von Timelines und Deliverables mit Freelancern und internen Stakeholdern zur Einhaltung aller Deadlines - Agieren als starke Qualitätsinstanz und Sicherstellung, dass alle veröffentlichten Inhalte den Anforderungen von Marke, Produkt und SEO entsprechen Qualifications - Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management und Editing von Inhalten, die von Freelancern erstellt wurden - Praxiserfahrung mit SEO-Grundlagen und Content-Optimierung (du verstehst, wie SEO funktioniert, auch wenn du die Strategie nicht definierst) - Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit iGaming-, Online-Casino- und/oder Sportwetten-Inhalten - Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse - Ein ausgeprägtes redaktionelles Auge und hohe Qualitätsansprüche an Texte - Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Content-Streams parallel zu steuern - Sicheres Arbeiten in einem schnelllebigen, flachen Startup-Umfeld - Erfahrung im Affiliate-Marketing ist ein Plus Company Description Bei We Love X entwickeln und betreiben wir leistungsstarke Vergleichsplattformen und Conversion-Funnels, die Millionen von Nutzer:innen mit den passenden Produkten und Services verbinden. Role Description We're looking for an SEO Lead to take ownership of our affiliate portfolio and scale it. You'll work with some of the biggest publishers in the world and have a direct impact on revenue. You'll drive SEO strategy across multiple affiliate sites spanning a wide variety of verticals, lead continuous go-lives into new markets, and manage a small team of SEO Content Managers. You'll have the autonomy to set direction, prioritize what moves the needle, and act fast when things change - because in SEO, they always do. You'll report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business results. - Lead revenue expansion of existing affiliate sites: Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, optimize high-value pages for rankings and CTR, and own backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate sites. - Launch new affiliate sites end to end: From keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structure, and coordinating stakeholders to take new sites live from scratch. - Drive on-page and off-page performance: Conduct content audits, improve SERP feature capture, manage link-building tactics, and work with agencies and publishers to strengthen domain authority. - Identify and unlock growth opportunities: Research publishers, size new markets, assess domain authority and traffic trends, and weigh expansion options against business growth frameworks. - Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers: Set clear priorities, hold people accountable, coach for growth, and have the hard conversations when needed. Qualifications - Substantial on-page and off-page experience in SEO, with a track record of driving organic growth at scale. - Proven experience managing a team and getting the best out of people while keeping standards high. - Native German and fluent in English (C1+), you can operate confidently with stakeholders in both languages. - Analytical and structured - you prioritize what matters, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment. - Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
