This role plays a critical part in office coordination, facilities support, emergency preparedness, and special event planning, contributing significantly to workplace culture and employee experience. Duties & Responsibilities: - Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available. - Maintains calendar and schedules meetings. - Gathers data and prepares reports. - Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements. - May train other employees and participate in special projects. - Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: - High School diploma - 3+ years' experience in administrative support role - 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills.
