Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years of Hands on experience in Cisco Call Manager, CUBE, Voice gateways & Unity Connection, Session Manager Edition
- Hands on experience with Webex calling and Webex Contact Centre
- Hands on experience in design & implementation of Voice infrastructure
- Hands on experience of Session Border Controllers - AudioCodes, Ribbon/PSX, Oracle
- Hands on experience in design & implementation of SBC’s
- Expert understanding of SIP
- Hands-on experience on Cisco C series and B series server along with Esxi 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
- Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling
- Have clear understanding about UCCX historical & online reporting
- Understanding of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice
- Good to have hands on experience with MS Teams Certifications : CCIE MS Teams Ribbon/AudioCodes/ Oracle ACME

Qualifications A successful candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA / CMA or advanced qualifications preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in a $50M–$100M+ revenue business, preferably PE-backed. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial close management. Experience preparing financial reports for private equity stakeholders and banks. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CPA or equivalent professional certification. Experience with professional services, education, SaaS, or hybrid revenue models. Exposure to international accounting and multi-entity consolidations. Experience in improving close timelines and scaling accounting operations. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities. Confident collaborator with Finance, People Operations, and executive leadership. Skilled at communicating financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. The target salary range for this role is $165,000- $190,000. • Serve as a trusted financial leader within the company that is evolving from a services-heavy model to a technology-enabled platform. • Serve as the primary accounting authority for complex venture fund structures while elevating the systems, standards, and controls that enable our platform to scale. • Work directly with General Partners, navigate technical escalations with confidence, and bring clarity to complex matters such as waterfalls, carry accruals, side letters, and multi-entity structures. • Help shape the financial operating framework of the organization, mentor and elevate fund accounting team members, and partner closely with Compliance, Treasury, and Product to strengthen automation and reduce operational fragility. • Improve workflows, standardize complex processes, and contribute to a platform that integrates accounting, compliance, and technology.
Corporate Controller

• Overseeing all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close • Managing organizational cash flow, banking relationships, and business insurance renewals • Leading audits (financial and SOC) and ensuring compliance with GAAP and all federal, state, and local regulations • Partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; monitoring budget-to-actual performance and recommending corrective actions • Preparing and presenting financial reports, metrics, and analyses to the CEO/CFO, board, and senior management • Developing and maintaining internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to support company growth • Supervising and mentoring finance staff; overseeing recruitment, training, and retention within the department • Supporting HR with benefits administration and other finance-related employee programs • Evaluating and implementing financial systems to improve reporting, efficiency, and operational control
• Own all core accounting functions including general ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, treasury, tax coordination, equity accounting, and external audit management • Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and produced on a predictable, accelerated close timeline • Serve as the company’s technical accounting authority and escalation point • Own ASC 606 revenue recognition policies, processes, and judgments • Partner closely with Legal, Sales Ops, and GTM leadership on contract structure, deal terms, and revenue implications • Design and implement a right-sized internal control framework suitable for a high-growth private SaaS company • Own the relationship with external auditors and advisors • Partner with FP&A, IT, and Data & Analytics to improve automation, data flow, and accounting systems • Lead, develop, and upgrade the accounting organization as needed • Foster a culture of precision, accountability, and business partnership
