This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description Pro2col is a new digital product initiative within Herbalife, focused on modernizing how consumers engage with our brand through web and mobile experiences. We are building a scalable digital platform from the ground up and assembling a founding team of designers who want to shape the experience — not inherit someone else's system. This role exists to make the mobile experience exceptional — and you will be the person who defines what it looks, feels, and behaves like. As a UX / UI Designer for Mobile, you will own the end-to-end design of our iOS and Android experience — from early concept and user flows through to detailed, production-ready interface specifications. You bring deep knowledge of mobile UX patterns, platform conventions, and gesture-driven interaction to a team building something new. You will partner closely with the web designer to establish a unified product design language, and work directly with engineers to ensure what gets built matches what was designed — down to the detail. Qualifications - 5+ years of UX / UI design experience with a clear focus on mobile (iOS and/or Android) - Expert proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, prototyping, auto-layout, and design system management - Comfort with Sketch or Adobe XD as supplementary tools - Deep knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles - Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX problem-solving and high-quality visual design for mobile products - Proven experience building and maintaining mobile design systems and component libraries - Track record of close, effective collaboration with engineering teams through to implementation Requirements - Experience designing for both iOS and Android simultaneously within a single design system (nice to have) - Familiarity with React Native or mobile development constraints — you don't need to code, but understanding what's technically complex vs. straightforward is a genuine asset (nice to have) - Background in consumer apps, health and wellness, or e-commerce (nice to have) - Experience with mobile motion design and animation patterns (nice to have) - Familiarity with App Store and Google Play design review requirements (nice to have) - Exposure to UX research methods and usability testing facilitation (nice to have) Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field combining technical and design elements; Exceptional portfolios demonstrating learning-driven experience engineering may substitute for formal education. - Preferred: Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field; portfolio demonstrating excellence in both code quality and user experience. Benefits - Group Health Programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Basic Life/AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401(k) plan - Wellness Incentive Program - Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Supplemental Life/Critical Illness/Hospitalization/Accident Insurance - Pet Insurance - Paid time off including Company-observed U.S. Holidays, Floating Holidays, Vacation, Sick Time, a Volunteer Program, Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, Personal Leave, and time off for voting
