• Research and identify prospects across priority verticals • Build and maintain qualified target lists • Execute high-quality, tailored outreach (including cold calling) • Secure meetings with relevant decision-makers • Maintain a clean, reliable, and up-to-date CRM (Pipedrive)
• Collaborate with creative and project teams to define UX approaches for large-scale interactive experiences. • Define multidimensional experiences using journey maps, experience maps, and interaction flows. • Create wireframes, diagrams, and low-fidelity prototypes in Figma to define navigation, screen structure, and interaction behavior. • Design interaction patterns for diverse inputs and modalities, including multi-touch, gestures, motion, sensors, XR/VR, and physical controllers. • Evaluate and refine designs using heuristic reviews and rapid iterations, balancing usability with production realities. • Produce clear UX documentation, annotations, and handoff artifacts so teams can implement designs accurately.
• Create best-in-class styleframes, motion explorations, and visual directions across a variety of media • Define aesthetic systems including color palettes, lighting direction, composition, motion language, and rendering approaches • Translate strategy documents, briefs, and mood boards into comprehensive visual concepts • Develop toolkits, look libraries, and visual guidelines that maintain consistency throughout production • Lead and direct nearshore / offshore artists and boutique studios, ensuring alignment with the established visual vision • Provide actionable, detailed feedback to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables • Oversee visual outputs from distributed teams and ensure they meet craft and creative standards • Collaborate closely with the Animation Director to uphold and advance the studio’s visual bar • Partner with Creative Directors, Experience Designers, Producers, and Technical Directors to align visual design with narrative, interaction, and technical feasibility • Support pitches and new business initiatives through high-impact visual exploration and look-dev imagery • Ensure visual direction translates effectively into real-time engines, large-format canvases, and immersive spaces
• Take ownership of qualified opportunities from Sales / CEO • Translate creative direction into SOW, detailed budget, master schedule, staffing model, and risk register with mitigations • Partner with ECD on the story and presentation; own execution strategy (budget, schedule, delivery approach) • Confidently represent production strategy in client pitches and Q&A • Evaluate / challenge estimates across: Unreal / Unity real-time, CG / VFX / animation, creative tech (sensors, tracking, show control), UI / UX & interactive workflows, fabrication / scenic, AV hardware / media servers / displays / lighting • Understand integration, QA, calibration / commissioning, deployment cycles • Maintain a vetted network of specialist vendors and integrators • Support Producers post-award; enforce scope, plan, quality, and timeline • Serve as escalation point for change orders, client dynamics, and risk issues • Maintain production forecasting, resourcing plans, and talent pipeline • Champion creative integrity and technical feasibility in balance • Partner with the Managing Director to build scalable workflows for: Estimation & scoping templates, Onboarding & kickoff checklists, Asset / content pipelines (CG ↔ real-time ↔ AV), QA / testing / tech rehearsal procedures, Documentation, reporting, and ticketing standards, Installation & commissioning frameworks • Select and implement production software platforms (PM, resource planning, review / approvals, QA / test, dashboarding) • Create repeatable playbooks for immersive execution and continuous improvement.
• Establish and drive visual design direction across projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, project parameters, and client objectives. • Able to contribute hands-on design work when needed—creating style frames, type treatments, UI systems, and toolkits. • Lead and mentor designers, fostering growth and elevating studio-wide design standards. • Collaborate with creatives, technologists, producers, and strategists to align visual design with creative strategy, user experience, and technical feasibility. • Oversee and refine design outputs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft excellence across deliverables. • Present and articulate design intent and rationale to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. • Shape the visual direction of pitches and proposals, contributing to new business opportunities. • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and workflows—including AI-driven exploration—and bring them into the design process.
