• Deliver production quality solutions for data extraction, classification, triaging, routing, search, etc. • Programmatically explore data, derive insights, and convey findings • Label and validate datasets using manual and AI-driven approaches • Evaluate model performance on practical and statistical benchmarks • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product owners, and business customers to develop solutions • Create technical and non-technical documentation

• Provide scientific and analytic input to study protocols • Develop analytical plans and specifications for VBA analytics, rapid cycle analytics, and RWE studies • Provide expert input on the fit-for-purpose assessment of real world data (RWD) and the development of RWD platforms • Perform quality checks and peer-review of data and analytics, and support the feasibility analysis of data • Transform RWD sources to analysis ready data sets to enable rapid generation of RWE • Apply the spectrum of advanced analytical methods to RWD, conduct appropriate statistical analysis, deliver study results on time • Clearly interpret study results and influence the project team to deliver scientifically robust RWE • Collaborate with team members to write reports, draft abstracts/posters/manuscripts, create data visualizations, and communicate study results.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems in the AdTech domain • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve product performance • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using big data tools and frameworks • Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and product managers • Ensure model accuracy, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing and validation • Stay updated on emerging data science techniques, tools, and best practices • Contribute to team discussions, process improvements, and knowledge sharing

Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $157,000-$235,000 annually. Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $149,000-$223,000 annually. Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $133,000-$200,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
