• Design and build HubSpot workflow automations across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub • Integrate HubSpot with Xero, Vbout, Hubexo (formerly BCI Central), and other platforms via API • Data cleanup and CRM hygiene — dedupe, enrich legacy ACT! data, fix orphaned records • Translate manual spreadsheet-based processes into scalable, automated workflows • Build sales pipeline reporting and dashboards • Manage meetings, task-setting, and service workflows within HubSpot Service Hub • Embed AI tools (including Claude/Anthropic) into workflows where they add value • Train and support the internal team; serve as the internal HubSpot authority
Job Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on HubSpot — Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Deep automation and workflow build experience
- Strong data cleanup and CRM hygiene background
- Comfortable working across API/integration-heavy environments
- Strong Excel at professional level
- AI tooling mindset — knows when and how to apply automation and AI tools
- Perfect written and verbal English
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or tender-driven sales with long cycle exposure
- Experience with Vbout or similar marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
