Responsibilities: - Strategic Technical Leadership: Lead complex customer discovery and executive-level technical engagements, identifying business challenges and desired outcomes while mapping them to Atlassian's value propositions and solutions. - Enterprise Solution Strategy: Define technical account strategies for priority opportunities, aligning Atlassian's product suite to transformation initiatives across teams, departments, and enterprise programs. - Opportunity Expansion: Identify and influence cross-product, solution, and platform expansion opportunities to maximize customer value and long-term growth. - Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and understand sophisticated client pain points to craft meaningful, scalable solutions that address business and technical requirements. - Product and Platform Expertise: Act as a senior product and platform expert, clearly articulating and demonstrating how Atlassian's software drives collaboration, productivity, governance, and business transformation. - Value-Driven Demonstrations: Deliver executive-ready demonstrations and workshops showcasing how Atlassian's solutions empower teams, connect work across the enterprise, and drive measurable outcomes. - Technical Sales Leadership: Guide customers on best practices, architecture considerations, implementation strategies, and change management approaches to achieve success with Atlassian software. - Sales Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with sales counterparts and cross-functional teams to improve engagement, shape deal strategy, and optimize the sales cycle. - Customer Advocacy and Market Insight: Gather customer feedback, competitive insights, and field learnings, sharing them with product teams and leadership to influence improvements and roadmap direction. - Mentorship and Enablement: Mentor solution engineering peers, contribute to reusable assets, and raise the technical bar across the team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 8-10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or customer-facing roles for technology vendors or technology-driven organizations. - Deep knowledge of Atlassian's product suite and the ability to articulate its strategic value in solving complex business challenges at enterprise scale. - Proven experience leading impactful product and solution demonstrations, technical evaluations, and executive-level workshops for large enterprise customers. - Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities, shape technical strategy, and align Atlassian capabilities with customer goals and measurable business outcomes. - Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders, including executives, architects, and transformation leaders. - Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing priorities and deadlines across complex opportunities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to present to and persuade varied audiences. - Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving problems and empowering customers, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach focused on execution and continuous improvement. - Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, scale knowledge, and contribute to team enablement or field best practices.
