Live Session Instructor – AI for Sales

Ziplines Education

• Fully complete the course in advance, gaining hands-on experience with all tools, workflows, and assignments to provide expert-level support to learners throughout the program. • Help learners apply AI for Sales skills through hands-on projects, guided builds, and real-world use cases. • Support learners in troubleshooting, refining, and expanding on the course’s core exercises, demos, and activities by drawing from your own experience building them. • Inspire learners, build confidence, and foster a strong, practical, and responsible understanding of AI for Sales. • Drive engagement, retention, and learner success through active, thoughtful facilitation in a highly interactive, application-based learning environment.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional B2B or similar sales experience with hands-on ownership of processes across the sales funnel (prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, objection handling, or deal management).
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools within sales workflows, including generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), AI-assisted sales platforms, or automation tools (e.g., Hunter, Zapier, Fireflies AI).
  • Ability to teach prompting techniques, responsible AI use, and content-generation best practices with clarity, nuance, and sales-specific examples.
  • Experience guiding learners through hands-on, scenario-based work, especially in Zoom-based environments where live walkthroughs, demos, and interactive activities are central.
  • Comfort working with sales data (prospect lists, CRM records, engagement signals) and using AI tools to enrich, score, and act on that data.
  • Familiarity with building AI-powered sales tools (AI projects, agentic workflows, prompt libraries), including writing instructions, loading reference files, and designing human review checkpoints.
  • A strong ethical foundation and commitment to responsible AI use, including data privacy, content accuracy, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop practices appropriate for sales.
  • A growth mindset and deep curiosity about AI trends, staying current on evolving sales technologies, compliance considerations, and the future of AI in B2B sales.
  • 7+ years of real-world B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience using AI, automation, and AI workflows in sales.
