AI Technical Analyst

Role Description - Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, shadowing, and workflow analysis to identify core business challenges. - Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements artifacts such as process flows and business requirement documents (BRDs). - Design and configure AI-driven workflows and agents using low-code/no-code orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n or similar tools). - Apply strong design principles to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and integrate effectively within the broader enterprise ecosystem. - Provide process design consultation to support standardization, optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies. - Support the deployment of AI agents, RPA solutions, and cross-platform automations across business functions. - Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including documenting results, identifying issues, and facilitating resolution with stakeholders. - Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed solutions to ensure reliability and performance. - Evaluate new and existing technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business processes. - Partner with internal teams to support AI solution design while enabling seamless integration with existing platforms and systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience with business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. - Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and low-code/no-code automation platforms. - Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. - Basic understanding of database structures and experience with SQL for data analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance business needs with technical solution design in a fast-paced environment.
