What you’ll do: Portfolio Management & Fundraising - Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners and individual donors, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. - Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts and donors, ensuring a high-touch, tailored engagement strategy. - Identify philanthropic goals and align giving opportunities to maximize donor and partner investment. Corporate & Workplace Giving - Implement workplace campaign strategies and employee giving programs for corporate partners. - Develop and execute corporate engagement opportunities including sponsorships, volunteerism, and CSR activations. - Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate prospects through research, relationships, and community outreach. Individual Giving & Donor Engagement - Deliver a high-quality, personalized donor experience, including events, recognition, and communications. - Plan and execute engagement opportunities to strengthen long-term donor relationships and pipeline development. - Partner with internal teams to design and implement donor engagement strategies, events, and campaigns.
