Responsibilities: - Develop and execute liquidity management strategies across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges. - Monitor order books, spreads, and trading volumes to ensure market stability and healthy liquidity. - Collaborate with exchange partners, market makers, and internal stakeholders to optimize liquidity performance. - Manage token treasury allocations and liquidity pools in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements. - Implement risk management practices to mitigate slippage, volatility, and market manipulation. - Track and analyze liquidity KPIs, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders. - Support business development efforts by ensuring liquidity readiness for new listings and partnerships. - Stay updated on DeFi protocols, liquidity provision mechanisms, and industry best practices. Qualifications - 3–5 years’ experience in liquidity management, trading, treasury management, or related roles within blockchain, crypto markets. - Strong understanding of tokenomics, liquidity pools, order books, and market-making strategies. - Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems, liquidity provision, and automated market maker (AMM) models. - Experience working with exchanges and liquidity providers is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using trading platforms, liquidity monitoring tools, and blockchain analytics. - Ability to design and execute liquidity strategies aligned with business objectives. - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
