• Du optimierst operativ die Google-Ads-Konten unserer Wachstumskunden (v. a. Search, Shopping, Performance Max, ggf. Display/Video/Demand Gen). • Du steuerst Budgets und Gebotsstrategien entlang klar definierter Ziele (ROAS, POAS, CPA, CR, Profitabilität). • Du entwickelst saubere, skalierbare Kampagnen- und Feed-Strukturen entlang der Customer Journey. • Du analysierst Performance-Daten, erkennst Muster und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Tests ab, die du direkt im Konto umsetzt. • Du testest Hebel wie Custom Labels, Audience Signals, Margen-Logiken und Creatives – und überführst Gewinner-Setups in stabile Standards. • Du arbeitest eng mit Account Management, Copy, Design und Tracking zusammen – dein Fokus liegt immer auf Wirkung statt Aktionismus.

• You operationally optimize the Google Ads accounts of our growth clients (primarily Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and where applicable Display/Video/Demand Gen). • You manage budgets and bidding strategies aligned to clearly defined goals (ROAS, POAS, CPA, CR, profitability). • You develop clean, scalable campaign and feed structures along the customer journey. • You analyze performance data, identify patterns and derive concrete optimization measures and tests that you implement directly in the account. • You test levers such as custom labels, audience signals, margin logic and creatives — and convert winning setups into stable standards. • You work closely with Account Management, Copy, Design and Tracking — your focus is always on impact rather than busywork.

• You are the main point of contact for e‑commerce and growth companies with high six- to seven‑figure annual Google Ads budgets. • You understand your clients’ business cases, analyze performance data, and develop clear, prioritized growth roadmaps. • You lead strategy calls, present results, and make decisions together with the campaign management team that drive revenue and profit. • You identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities based on data and position them so they make real sense for the client. • You coordinate campaign management, copy, design, and tracking — ensuring all work toward shared goals according to your clear prioritization. • You are responsible for the content and visual quality of presentations, reports, and recommendations.
