Product Digital Banking Analyst

Role Description The Product Analyst supports the product team in delivering high-impact solutions by conducting research, analyzing data, and helping shape the product roadmap. This role plays a key part in understanding market needs, supporting sprint planning, and enabling cross-functional teams to execute effectively. This is a highly collaborative, generalist role ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and working across product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment. What You’ll Do - Support Product Strategy & Roadmap - Assist Product Managers and Product Owners in prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs - Support sprint planning by preparing research, data, and insights to guide prioritization - Contribute to ongoing roadmap development and product lifecycle management - Conduct Market & Competitive Research - Perform research on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities - Review vendor offerings, analyst reports, blogs, and conference insights - Translate findings into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap - Analyze Data & Drive Insights - Assist with data collection and analysis to support product decisions and business planning - Help build business cases, including financial metrics and product performance insights - Support future investment decisions through research and penetration analysis - Enable Go-to-Market & Sales Support - Partner with Product Marketing to develop materials and tools for sales enablement - Support go-to-market testing and product launches - Contribute to product positioning and messaging aligned with customer needs - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, technical product owners, support teams, and development teams - Support communication of product updates, priorities, and status across stakeholders - Assist with customer inquiries and product-related questions - Product Operations & Support - Help train support teams to ensure strong product knowledge and proper escalation paths - Assist in coordinating product-related activities and keeping initiatives on track - Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, tools, and workflows Qualifications - 2+ years of relevant experience in a product, business, or technology-related role - Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Comfort working with cross-functional teams and supporting Agile processes Requirements - Experience in FinTech, banking, or digital products (preferred) - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Aha, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (preferred) - Exposure to sprint cycles and Agile environments (preferred) - Pragmatic Certification (Level II or higher) (preferred) - Experience leveraging AI tools to support research and analysis (preferred) Benefits - Competitive salary - Eligibility for incentive awards based on individual and business performance - Comprehensive range of benefits Company Description As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
