• Conduct meaningful market analysis and arm Sales and Customer Success teams with statistical insights • Develop original research: benchmarks, trend reports, sector comparisons • Work closely with VP of Marketing to establish Version2.ai as a trusted source of data • Analyze gift data to surface performance metrics for individual customers • Partner with AEs to build customized ROI cases for prospects

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years working with fundraising or advancement data in the nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare philanthropy space
  • Deep fluency in the metrics that matter to advancement leaders: gift upgrades, major gift pipeline, lapse and reactivation, planned giving indicators, and donor renewal rates
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated public speaking experience
  • Comfortable operating without a fully built infrastructure
  • Proficiency in data tools beyond Excel: Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar
  • Proven experience utilizing AI to assist in data projects.
