Senior Product Manager, New Verticals

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and grow our new vertical expansion efforts. Your mandate: bring new partnerships and products to market that help our users live rewarded through activities, actions and experiences that are aligned with their daily habits. You'll own multiple product verticals including our local dining rewards experience, app campaign partnerships, survey products, and emerging partnership opportunities. These are consumer-facing, revenue-generating products that sit at the intersection of user engagement and partner monetization. You'll work embedded with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business development — to grow these verticals and identify new opportunities to deliver additional value to our consumers. This is a highly visible and impactful role that directly contributes to Fetch’s growth ambitions. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do - Own the product roadmap for multiple verticals - defining strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and driving execution from ideation through launch - Grow existing verticals with demonstrated product market fit such as local dining, apps, and opinions - Partner closely with engineering and design to ship consumer-facing product improvements at a high velocity - Deeply understand the consumer experience across your verticals - identifying opportunities to increase engagement and deliver more value to our users & partners - Collaborate with cross-functional business teams (GMs, analytics, marketing, partnerships) to align product strategy with commercial goals - Leverage product experimentation to validate and inform your roadmap - Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that expand Fetch's earning ecosystem - Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives across the organization. Qualifications - 3-5 years of product management experience, including 2+ years directly owning consumer products - Experience managing a revenue generating consumer product (marketplace, subscriptions, commerce, loyalty, etc.) - Strong product execution skills — you can start with an idea and manage your team to bring it to life - Demonstrated experience with experimentation and A/B testing as a product discipline - Ability to work directly with external partners: scoping integrations, navigating technical and commercial requirements, ongoing operations - Enthusiasm about applying AI tools to your craft across research, prototyping, and analysis, and you know their limits - Comfort operating in a highly cross-functional environment with many stakeholders and competing priorities - Proven ability to set a product strategy, navigate trade-offs, and drive alignment across engineering, analytics, product, and sales stakeholders Requirements - 0 -> 1 experience bringing a new product to market - Experience with marketplace, loyalty, or partnership-driven products Benefits - This is a full-time role, open to candidates in our US offices or remote within the United States.

This role is critical to how our customers experience Mastercard and Ethoca. You will work directly with customers integrating our solutions, many of whom are technically sophisticated, highly demanding, and expect strong guidance throughout the process. About the role The role has two core responsibilities: Customer integration & delivery Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and post-go-live.
