Qualifications - Energie-Domänenwissen (zentral): - Fundierte Erfahrung im Energiemarkt. - Verständnis von PPA-Strukturen, Bilanzkreismanagement, Spot- und/oder Terminhandel. - Trading & Abwicklung als starkes Plus: - Erfahrung im Stromhandel und in der Handelsabwicklung. - Produkt-DNA: - Erfahrung als Product Manager oder Product Owner. - Denken in Nutzerproblemen, nicht in Feature-Listen. - Analytisches Kraftpaket: - Extrem schnelle Auffassungsgabe und scharfer Verstand. - Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu vereinfachen. - AI als Werkzeug: - Offenheit für moderne KI-Tools zur Validierung von Ideen. - Grundverständnis von Web-Frontends (HTML/CSS/JS) ist ein Plus. - Sprachen: - Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (zwingend erforderlich). - Englisch absolut fließend. - Wohnsitz: - Aktueller Wohnsitz in Deutschland.
