Project Management Intern
OneTouch Direct
• Assist with documenting business processes, workflows, and operational procedures • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation • Support project coordination activities including task tracking, follow-ups, and status updates • Conduct research and compile findings related to business operations, customer experience, reporting, and process improvement initiatives • Assist with reconciliation and validation of operational and reporting data • Assist with testing and evaluating AI tools and business use cases • Help create reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational summaries for leadership and business teams • Identify reporting inconsistencies, trends, and outliers and assist with compiling supporting analysis • Assist with developing surveys, collecting feedback, and organizing results for business initiatives • Participate in meetings and document action items, process updates, and follow-up tasks • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and communication • Assist with testing and evaluating business tools, reporting processes, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled productivity tools • Perform additional administrative, operational, and project support duties as assigned
