• Manage Borealis implementation projects: • Assess and understand clients’ business objectives; • Identify and collect customer requirements, map their business processes • Identify the best solutions to integrate their business processes into the Boréalis software • Organize and conduct meetings and work sessions with clients: produce agendas, dispatch activities and monitor their progress, customize project documentation • Formalize project information in the various onboarding documents • Configure the software in accordance with the identified requirements • In case of imports, manipulate and organize data, prepare imports • Maintain project statuses, to reflect implementation status at all times, and keep managers and clients informed • Identify risks and issues around projects, implement mitigation solutions. • Identify and integrate innovative, solution-oriented approaches to: • Suggest sound workarounds tailored to client contexts to meet service levels agreed upon with clients; • Maintain implementation projects progress on budget and on time. • Develop and maintain a relationship of trust between customers and Boréalis; • Engage with clients on topics that will help Boréalis "grow its roots"; • Develop an in-depth understanding of Borealis over time; • Help develop and maintain a continuous improvement approach to everyday issues.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Communication, Management or Administration
- Experience of at least 3 years in a relevant area
- Good understanding of corporate social responsibility challenges is a plus
- Experience in Project and/or Account management, if possible with large corporations.
- International experience or Mining / Oil/Gas experience or SAAS experience will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent in English
- Very good communication skills, client-oriented profile
- Adaptable: available to work atypical working hours, ready to work with foreign languages teams.

• You analyze the entire buyer funnel - from traffic and awareness through conversion, retention, and LTV. Key objectives include improving system scalability, maintainability, and user experience, while implementing test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools to ensure consistent quality across environments. The team follows Agile delivery practices, working closely across backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and product disciplines to deliver a secure, efficient, and future-ready enterprise solution. Role Description This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, FL, GA, NC and TX. The Senior CMDB Analyst is a senior-level subject matter expert supporting the integrity, health and governance of the organization’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Operating within the IT Asset Management function, this role is central to maintaining an authoritative source of context for all Configuration Items (CIs) across the organizations IT estate, spanning on-premise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and End User Devices. The primary function of this role will be to support the end-to-end quality of CMDB data through the governance structure of CMDB Health, CI reconciliation and data certifications. Responsibilities - Work with the team to continuously drive high standards in the data quality of our CMDB using CMDB Health, CI Reconciliation and CMDB Data Certification. - Work with junior staff to determine root cause analysis of data issues detected and ensure timely closure of tickets. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders for support in data remediation. - Maintain all the team’s documentation and ensure it is maintained for accuracy, enhancements and annual reviews. Familiar with Playbooks, Runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures, Standards, Job Aid, and Knowledge Articles. - Participate in project and agile meetings supporting the designs of Configuration Management processes and tool usage to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the CMDB. Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling or Reporting. - Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with the CMDB and the CSDM framework. - Must demonstrate strong ability to perform advanced data analysis, reporting and creating dashboards. - ITIL v3 or v4 certification with advanced knowledge of ITIL best practices and application of concepts with expertise in Configuration Management and working knowledge of ITAM and ITSM processes. - Hands-on experience with CMDB Workspace, CMDB Health, IRE and CMDB Data Certification.
