Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst – HB Contracting & Reimbursement. The Revenue Cycle Analyst specializes in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Expected Reimbursement Contracts, Claims, and Remittance configurations. This role serves as the structural bridge between managed care payor negotiations and technical revenue execution. The analyst is responsible for translating complex payor contract matrices into system logic, eliminating financial leakage through automated variance detection, and maintaining end-to-end billing integrity from initial claim generation to final remittance posting. Key Responsibilities - Contract Architecture: Build, maintain, and model complex commercial and government payor contracts within the Epic BCC master file using advanced rule logic (CER). - Underpayment & Variance Mitigation: Configure Remittance Options Profiles (RMO) and automated workqueues (WQV) to intercept, flag, and route payment variances and underpayments for manual audit. - Claims Alignment: Maintain and update Claim Definition Files (CDF) to ensure outbound 837I files precisely format modifiers, codes, and rollups according to payor-specific adjudication rules. - Remittance Integration: Map Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC) and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC) within the VCH master file to automate denial routing and minimize manual cash-posting touches. - Portfolio Implementation: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new payor contract portfolios, executing strict regression testing, simulation modelling, and production pilot phases. The Epic Proration and Contracting Analyst acts as the primary architect bridging healthcare finance and clinical configuration. This technical role is responsible for translating complex legal payer contracts, fee structures, and regulatory reimbursement policies into highly precise system automation within Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB). By designing, testing, and maintaining contract portfolios and configuring outbound claims and inbound electronic remittance automation, this position maximizes cash flow, eliminates zero-balance blind spots, and engineers systemic solutions to automatically catch and mitigate insurance underpayments and denials. • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to track plasma center performance (volume, productivity, utilization, efficiency metrics) for Regional Managers, Sr. Directors of Operations, VP of Plasma Business Optimization, and President of Plasma Procurement • Prepare recurring and ad ‑ hoc analytical reports to support operational and strategic decisions for Sr. Manager of Business Performance & Value, and VP of Plasma Business Optimization • Performs data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports • Uses advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, nested formulas, lookups) for data analysis and automation • Analyzes trends, variances, and outliers in operational performance metrics • Applies basic statistical techniques (percentiles, distributions, correlations, trend analysis) • Assist with pilot analyses and measurement of operational changes or initiatives for Director of Business Excellence and Associate Director of the Project Management Office • Create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews • Translates complex data into simple narratives and visuals
