Billing Associate
Buildout, Inc.
• Become an expert in our billing system, Sage Intacct, to create and send invoices to our customers, ensuring accuracy in the details • Be maniacal about managing all overdue AR and working on payment plans until you reconcile all payments on a customer’s account • Translate customer contracts and Salesforce data into accurate invoices for each customer, setting up billing schedules • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, responding to billing support tickets addressing customer concerns via phone and email • Be welcomed into the innovative and collaborative Buildout team. Job Requirements
- Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience or contract billing preferred
- Experience with billing systems; Sage Intacct is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience, you bring interpersonal skills and a deep customer focus to provide a Buildout Quality experience for our customers
- Extreme attention to detail and able to prioritize your day and workload
- A team player mentality, highly coachable, self-motivated and interested in growing your career
