Explore life at Fortune Brands here. Job Description As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products. You will build meaningful relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community while contributing to territory growth through new business opportunities and achieving sales goals. You will also help ensure brand excellence across all customer touchpoints. POSITION LOCATION: This is a remote position based in Dallas, TX area, with territory coverage including some parts of Oklahoma and Arkansas. The role requires overnight travel approximately 2 days per month. A company car, laptop, and mobile phone are provided to support your success in the field. What you will be doing - Serve as a trusted representative for House of Rohl plumbing product lines managing sales activities across your assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized showroom personnel, management, and ownership to support sales goals, display objectives, and training initiatives - Identify and develop new business opportunities within luxury showrooms and across the broader trade network, including dealers, builders, and distributors - Build relationships within the specification community, including architects, designers, builders, and hospitality clients, to promote and position House of Rohl products - Partner with Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Management, and Marketing teams to address territory needs and support customers in a timely and effective manner - Ensure House of Rohl brand standards are consistently represented across showroom displays and customer interactions - Share market insights and customer feedback to support business development and strengthen market positioning - Contribute to achieving sales targets and annual performance goals Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required. - 5+ years of sales experience, including experience in outside sales, account management, or business development. - Experience cultivating relationships and generating business through trade, dealer, showroom, specification, or other professional sales channels. - Ability to influence and engage a variety of customers and partners, including designers, architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and end users. - Proven success selling premium products, services, or solutions in a consultative sales environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with luxury clientele and industry partners. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Experience selling luxury home products, building materials, decorative plumbing, hardware, furnishings, or related products. - Familiarity with the architectural and design (A&D) community and specification sales process. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $90,000 USD. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
