Technical Delivery Manager

• The Manager of Technical Delivery leads a team of customer-facing technical professionals responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SaaS implementations. • This role ensures that technical solutions align with customer requirements, platform capabilities, and delivery best practices, while supporting scalable, predictable service execution. • Own your team and their full portfolio of projects, helping to mitigate risks proactively and unblock Implementation Engineers. • Drive consistency and quality across complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations. • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical or project challenges during implementations. • Partner with Services leadership to forecast demand, optimize resource utilization, and support hiring and staffing strategies. • Define and track KPIs, helping to highlight the performance of your team and identify areas of growth. • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on resource forecasting, portfolio performance and trends. • Oversee a consistent delivery motion with low escalation risk and an engaged team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Delivery (SaaS Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Implementation), with 2+ years in Team Lead or Manager roles
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery teams
- 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs. Experience with modern web frameworks a plus (React, Node.js, etc)
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, AI tooling, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems, pull in key internal stakeholders, and drive clear business outcomes
- Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, terminal, and nice to have experience with JavaScript & TypeScript.
