Marketing/Communications Coordinator

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine

• Supports digital marketing initiatives for PNAS and PNAS Nexus focusing on SEO • Develops SEO-informed content briefs and contributes to visually engaging digital assets • Assists in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital advertising and promotional efforts • Implements and manages UTM tracking and supports analytics reporting • Analyzes metrics to assess effectiveness of digital initiatives • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts • Stays informed on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge
  • Three years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to solve problems through selection and application of commonly used rules, procedures, and precedents
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Good communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
