Job Description NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology (O&T) organization is responsible for technical support and infrastructure across the enterprise's vast array of production needs, as well internal corporate headquarter functions. Our Transformation team partners with technical teams to create comprehensive strategies and communication campaigns to properly engage technical and non-technical users in policy changes and product updates across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on marketing campaigns and developing brand materials across multiple media types, inclusive of presentations/live events, email campaigns, front-end website design, white papers and more. Also important in this role is the ability to work well with others and approach all projects with an inquisitive nature and strategic mindset. They will partner with members of our Operations & Technology technical teams to create clear and consistent visual design standards. They will develop, execute, and refine visuals that promote awareness, understanding, and usage of new technologies across a variety of media. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive visual designs that meets organizational standards Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging, user-friendly content Bring a creative mindset to IT technology, traditionally not known for displaying creativity Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Collaborate closely with technical experts and cross-functional program teams to produce unified and impactful visual content Create engaging, on-brand visual content to support communications (ex. email banners, digital signage, website graphics, presentation slides, print signage, etc.) Deliver high-quality design work quickly and efficiently Work with our senior communications team to design templates within our brand guidelines Qualifications Requirements: 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects. Portfolio must include presentation deck development examples. Strong presentation tool proficiency (PowerPoint preferred). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. Expert understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high performance. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter. Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail (both written and visual). Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Desired Characteristics: Experience in digital design, including UI/UX principles, and video production is a plus. Experience designing for executive-level/c-suite customers a plus.
