Waymo's Technical Program Managers are accountable for Waymo's roadmap execution by providing thoughtful cross-functional planning, clarity, and proactive risk management. In the face of complex technical and operational challenges with no established playbooks to follow, we act with thoughtful urgency, driving conversations, discussions, and outcomes. Our team partners closely with every function of Waymo to structure, own and drive work towards real-world deployments of the Waymo Driver across platforms and geographies. In this role, you will report to a Lead TPM, Release Management You will: Ensure release tasks are followed and on track Communicate and facilitate resolution of potential issues as we become aware of them Continuously improve processes to ensure more efficient releases You have: 2+ years of experience with managing software releases 2+ years of experience managing technical projects Bachelor’s Degree Experience working within the context of Software Development Lifecycle Good understanding of system architecture and design principles Quality Assurance, validating quality of software Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze source code for understanding system behavior and requirements Salary Range $196,000 — $248,000 USD
