Encourage innovation within program teams by setting technical fluency standards and facilitating professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management and working with product, feature, and infrastructure teams, with a proven record of managing and delivering complex cross-functional programs in a tech-driven environment.
  • Deep background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and strong technical fluency, particularly with infrastructure systems (e.g. cloud technology - especially AWS, networking, etc).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic frameworks and standardize processes for high-impact delivery across multiple programs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a history of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset; proven ability to drive multiple programs to successful completion with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate insights clearly.
  • Adaptable, iterative, and feedback-driven; embraces challenges as learning opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable using AI and eager to continue learning how to leverage its power and explore its potential.
  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and as a cornerstone of a high-performing team.

Role Description As a Technical Product Manager (Senior/Principal) in Voice AI, you will be a leader in the product direction and execution of Checkmate’s next-generation agentic Voice AI platform.
