Intake & Referrals Coordinator

Role Description A highly personable, proactive, and client-focused Intake & Referrals Coordinator is sought to support referral conversion and intake operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Responding promptly to incoming referrals generated through Meta lead campaigns and referral channels - Contacting prospective families via phone, email, and text messaging - Building rapport and establishing trust with families through professional and compassionate communication - Guiding families through the enrollment and onboarding process - Conducting intake calls and gathering required client information and documentation - Clearly explaining agency services, processes, and next steps to prospective clients - Maintaining consistent follow-up with referrals to maximize conversion rates - Tracking referral status and maintaining accurate records within company systems - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service initiation - Maintaining accurate intake documentation and administrative records - Supporting additional intake, referral, and client coordination activities as required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred - Previous experience as an Intake Coordinator, Intake Specialist, Referral Coordinator, Client Intake Coordinator, or similar intake-focused role required - Intake coordination experience is required - Strong customer service and client relationship management experience preferred - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required - Must be extremely personable, friendly, and professional in all interactions - Strong initiative and self-motivation required - Ability to work with urgency and proactively manage referral pipelines required - Strong organizational and follow-up skills required - Ability to build trust and create a positive experience for prospective families required - Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy required - Experience working in healthcare, ABA services, behavioral health, or related environments preferred - Experience working with Meta Leads, referral management systems, or lead-generation platforms preferred - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup - Comfortable working U.S. hours Requirements - Remote work from home Benefits - Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
